The people behind the work

Mark Masiak

Mark is an M&A practitioner, adviser and author who has worked across acquisitions, mergers, exits, outsourcing, technology, telecoms, recruitment, lighting and other sectors.

His experience includes buy-side and sell-side work, carve-outs, integration, negotiation, value improvement and transaction support.

Adrian Bromell

Adrian supports the financial management and commercial advisory side of the Devlin Fisher model. His profile will be expanded from the approved credentials record.

Practitioner-led

The method comes from work inside businesses and transactions.

Devlin Fisher draws on acquisition, integration, value improvement and sale preparation experience. Its role is to turn that experience into a repeatable way to assess a business, organise evidence and move decisions forward.

Founder biographies, role descriptions and transaction counts remain subject to approval before they are used as proof.

How the team works

The client sees the work, not just a promise of a result.

Diagnostic outputs, priorities, evidence requests and transaction stages make the approach visible. Accountants, solicitors and other specialists retain their own professional roles. Devlin Fisher coordinates the commercial work and the process around them.
